Publish a reviewed program pack

Program templates appear only after their official sources are reviewed and published, so each matter starts from vetted requirements.

  1. 1

    Open Templates

Go to Practice › Templates. The chip shows how many sources need review.

  2. 2

    Check the banners

Read the Test mode banner and select See what's left if needed. Note that the partial-list banner shows only the newest 200 rule evidence items.

  3. 3

    Choose program and jurisdiction

Under Publish a reviewed program pack, pick a Program, such as study_permit or express_entry, and a Jurisdiction.

  4. 4

    Select live claims

Tick only the Live claims you have reviewed. Name a licensed source owner and how the firm handles later changes to those pages.

Screen by screen

Each frame comes from the walkthrough, with the part being explained outlined. Select a frame to play from that moment.

  1. 02Find it

You reach it from Practice, then Templates. The chip beside it says 0 sources need review.

  2. 03New agreement

For agreements, use New agreement template at the top right.

  3. 04Tabs

Tabs run along the top: Program templates, Message templates, Checklists, Source review at 0, Rule detail, and Shared templates.

  4. 05Test mode

The first banner says the demo firm, Northgate Demo Immigration, isn't live yet, with 1 of 4 go-live steps done. See what's left shows the rest.

  5. 06Partial list

The second banner warns that this page shows only part of the list. For rule evidence, the newest 200 are shown, and the rest aren't listed.

  6. 07Pinned versions

Under the heading, a note explains that each matter pins the template version it started with, so a new release never changes an existing file.

  7. 08Empty state

Right now it says No program templates yet. A template appears here once its official sources are reviewed and it is published.

  8. 09Publish a pack

Further down is Publish a reviewed program pack. Choose live official claims only; you are recorded as the reviewer.

  9. 10Recap

So: open Practice, then Templates, check both banners, rely on pinned versions, and publish only reviewed sources. Next: Source review.
