Incidents.
Each incident shows what happened, what we did, and when it ended. These are examples.
Example: email reminders delayed
Example: 16 Oct 2026
- Investigating. Reminder emails are queued and will send. Due dates inside Casevoya are unaffected.
- Identified. Our email provider is slow; safe retries are running.
- Monitoring. Most queued reminders have sent.
Example: signing temporarily unavailable
Example: 2 Oct 2026, resolved
- Agreements show as pending. No signature is recorded until each signer completes signing.
- Resolved. Pending agreements went out to signers, and signed copies returned to their matters.
What counts as urgent.
When something is off, we say so here. Planned work is announced ahead of time. During an incident this page is updated first, then your firm owner is emailed.
- 01Urgent incidentsSuspected exposure of data, missing critical records, payment-integrity failures and deadline-system failures.
- 02Direct noticeIncident notices go to affected firms, as well as appearing here.
- 03Pending, not lostIf a provider is down, items show as pending and manual workflows stay available.
Support hours and escalation contacts: TBD.
