How does the free trial work?
You choose a plan and add a card in Stripe Checkout. You pay $0 today and get 14 days of the full plan. We remind you before it ends; if you don't cancel, the plan is billed on day 15, plus applicable taxes. Cancel anytime from Settings › Subscription. One trial per firm.
What counts as an active matter?
Any matter that is not archived or closed. Matters on hold or in government processing count.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Start the 14-day trial, or book a demo and we will walk you through an illustrative client file. Your firm starts in test mode with a sample case; you switch to live once your licence, plan, portal policies and card payments are set up.
What is the founding offer?
The first 50 firms get 25% off their plan for their first 12 months. It applies automatically at checkout while places last.
Do you take a share of government fees?
No. Casevoya never takes a percentage of government fees and does not charge per approval.
Is AI included?
