Add a lead and move it through the pipeline

Every enquiry becomes a lead card. Move it through the stages as you talk, and convert it to a matter when the agreement is signed.

  1. 1

    Add the lead

Go to Leads › Pipeline and choose Lead, or let your enquiry form create it automatically. To send people the form, use Share enquiry form.

  2. 2

    Check for duplicates

If we spot a likely match, we show it. Nothing merges until you confirm. We never merge just because two people share a family email.

  3. 3

    Assign and add a follow-up

Pick an owner and a next task with a date.

  4. 4

    Move it along

Drag the card between stages, or use its arrow buttons. Each move records who and when.

  5. 5

    Convert to a matter

When the agreement is signed, convert the lead; it moves to the Converted column. Converting never merges people automatically.

Record a no-show or a lost reason

Knowing why leads don’t continue helps you plan. Recording it takes two clicks.

  1. 1

    Mark a no-show

On the appointment, choose No-show. The lead gets a follow-up task.

  2. 2

    Close a lead as lost

In Leads › Pipeline, move the card to Lost and pick a reason.

  3. 3

    Add a note if useful

Notes are internal and never shown to the person.
